We are delighted to invite you all to celebrate with us the 500^th Birthday of Andreas Vesalius -the legendary Flemish Physician and great Artist of the Renaissance- in an event organized by the Embassy of Belgium in Athens and Andreas Syggros Museum in collaboration with MEDinART, BIOMAB and FABRICA VITAE that will take place in Andreas Syggros Museum of Athens on Wednesday 17 December 2014 at 18:30.

In this event, I will have the great pleasure and honor to present MEDinART and MEDinART video and familiarize you with the world where MEDicine and ART collide.

The event will be a fascinating and unique experience for everyone who is going to attend since it will involve:

1. A tour in Andreas Syggros Museum, a unique in its category museum with 1660 models of aphrodisiac and dermatological diseases, created by G.Ο. Foteinos.
2. Presentation of the adventurous book of Theo Dirix, Consul of Belgium in Athens “In search of Andreas Vesalius. The quest for the lost grave”.
3. Renaissance music concert.
4. Medical Art films, including MEDinART film.
5. Private view of the International contemporary art exhibition Fabrica Vitae
6. Fascinating talks
7. Vin d’ Honeur
